As a fiduciary, you have a duty to regularly monitor the structures and investments under your care. You also have a duty to obtain and consider professional advice when making investment decisions. Monitor and Select have been specifically designed to help you meet and manage these fiduciary duties, delivered through our custom-built governance hub, Connect.

Enhance was founded in Jersey in 2005 and has been providing portfolio monitoring (Monitor) and manager selection (Select) services exclusively to the global fiduciary community for over 20 years. Today, we are one of the most well-established and longstanding investment governance specialists for fiduciaries in the world, combining investment experts with custom-built technology.  

Lots! Our key differentiator is that we are an investment governance specialist that works exclusively with fiduciaries. Very few providers have such a razor-sharp fiduciary focus or combine qualified investment experts with custom-built technology to deliver targeted services. We are also very cost effective, passing on the benefits of our tech and economies of scale to our fiduciary clients through competitve pricing.

Enhance is a privately owned company with high staff equity participation (approx. 80%). This means that our team has 'skin in the game', operating like owner-managers with a long term time horizon. We are also truly independent, with no fee income whatsover generated from the investment management industry - this is key for Enhance to be able to offer truly objective and impartial portfolio monitoring and manager selection services.

Call us old-fashioned, but we like to run a debt-free, profitable business! We have no financing in place and fund our ongoing investment into talent and technology by prioritising the reinvestment of profits back into our company each year. Unlike other tech centric businesses, we haven't raised external capital and prefer to grow steadily and sustainably - a strategy that's served us and our clients well for over two decades.

The Enhance HQ is in Jersey, Channel Islands - the place where the business was founded and a key International Finance Centre for the fiduciary community and their clients. Most of our team live and work in Jersey, with around a fifth of staff dotted around the UK. DespitenEnhance being based on a small isalnd, our team is a diverse bunch from all over Europe, Africa and Asia to reflect our global clientbase.
